FNC-BIO Nuclei
- How should FNC-BIO nuclei be used?
-
FNC-α Yellow BIO nuclei should be used in 1st operations, and FNC-Clear BIO nuclei for 2nd and 3rd operations.
- What is the difference between FNC-BIO nuclei and the yellow nuclei or so-called BIO nuclei made by other companies?
-
In 1st operations, FNC-BIO nuclei will form nacreous layers within 2 weeks of the nuclei being inserted. Yellow nuclei and false BIO nuclei made by other companies often cause problems because nacreous layers only begin to form after 3 months.
- Is there any difference in the survival rate of pearl oysters between FNC-BIO nuclei and BIO nuclei made by other companies?
-
In 1st operations, the FNC-BIO nuclei survival rate after insertion is over 90%, while it is around 50% in other companies’ products. Pearls from farms with poor survival rates are of poor quality.
- Is there any difference in the thickness of nacreous layers between FNC-BIO nuclei and BIO nuclei made by other companies?
-
With FNC-BIO nuclei, large pearls can be harvested even when using small nuclei, but with BIO nuclei made by other companies, only small pearls can be harvested if small nuclei are used.
- Pearl farming companies that use FNC-BIO nuclei always perform well. Why is that?
-
FNC-BIO nuclei are coated with a material that cannot be imitated anywhere else, resulting in a better survival rate of pearl oysters and a better yield.
- How long does it take for an order of FNC-BIO nuclei to ship?
-
FNC-BIO nuclei are manufactured, BIO-coated, bagged, packaged, and shipped at our own factory. We will begin the BIO-coating and shipping procedures after receiving your request for a quotation and receiving the payment and shipping fee. To expedite the process, please send us the completed bank transfer form by e-mail or fax.
- How should FNC-BIO nuclei be stored?
-
FNC-BIO nuclei are coated with fresh organic materials, so packages should be completely used up once opened,
or stored briefly in a refrigerator until they can be finished. In case of discoloration, please rinse with fresh water before use.
ANGE Nuclei
- How should ANGE nuclei be used?
-
The surfaces of ANGE nuclei are covered in a fragile coating, so if they are inserted using a device with sharp, needle-like tips, they may be damaged and fail to produce pearls. Use round-tipped tweezers for nucleus insertion.
- Why can’t ANGE nuclei be used in 1st operations?
-
ANGE nuclei are designed to be inserted only into completed pearl sacs, so they should not be used in 1st operations.
- Do ANGE nuclei come in different sizes?
-
They are available in three sizes: 6.5 mm, 7.5 mm, and 8 mm.
- How long does it take for an order of ANGE nuclei to ship?
-
All items are made to order, and we do not keep any stock on hand. Please place your order well in advance. Orders ship within 3 weeks of receiving payment.
- How should ANGE nuclei be stored?
-
ANGE nuclei should be kept dry. To avoid moisture, we recommend storing them in bottles with a desiccant inside.
